There are still a couple places in Greek town to go to like 9 Muses, Spectrum, and Artopolis. There is also Greek night on Friday and Saturday nights at a place called Veranda on the north side of Chicago. Its on Irving Park Rd. and Central Ave. i know the bouzouki player pretty well, his name is Kosta. He plays good bouzouki. You pretty much go there with a parea, order some drinks and/or food and enjoy the Greek music and even dance if you want to with some other ppl. U can request any song u want and he will play it. There is a Greek pool hall in the north suburb of Glenview called Premier Billiards. Its like a bar and pool hall, its pretty nice in there they remodeled it. There are also some Greek cafes and restaurants, etc. Aside from all that, i dont know what other Greek places to go to on weekends. i hope the information i told you was useful megale. Londons great Niko, it has its problems, but where doesn't?
Its one of the great cities of the world like New York, Paris, Tokyo so on.
If you get a chance, go, you won't regret it.
Yeah my families originally from Kozani & Larissa although i haven't got close relatives there anymore, my close relatives live in Salonica where my husband comes from.
